Refund Policy

*Refunds will only be issued for the second half of the season (Jan -April). Refund request forms must be emailed prior to Dec.31st.

*New Canskaters can request a refund once they have completed 3 sessions and prior to the 4th session. After this they can apply for the second half of the season.

All refunds are subject to a minimum non-refundable administrative fee of $25 and Skate Canada Fee of $58.65.

If you wish to withdraw your child from skating for medical reasons a medical note will be required. A refund request form must be filled out before any refunds will be issued.

CANCELLATIONS

*The club reserves the right to cancel or change sessions based on low registration numbers or circumstances beyond our control including weather. Our registration is seasonal, so the amount of weeks may vary.*
